My flatmates and I are on the hunt for another girl to join our flat for 2026, though we’re open to guys if you can seriously convince us! We’re all heading into our first year at UoO and keen to find someone chill who’ll fit the vibe.

📍 Location: Woodhaugh - about a 15–20 min walk to uni or a 5 minute drive, right across from the gardens 🌿 and a bus stop basically at the front door.

💸 Rent: $158/week + power & wifi

💰 Bond: $630 + 1 week’s rent

🗓️ Contract: 1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026

🚚 Move-in: Beginning to mid-February to set everything up - works well if you want to do the same!

🚗 No on-property parking, but heaps on the street.

We’re pretty chill and on the quieter side, but we love a shared meal or a drink together here and there 🍝🍻

All three of us have boyfriends who may come and visit/stay from time to time, but of course we can communicate about how long is reasonable/overstaying their welcome as it will be just as much your flat as ours!!

The room’s a good size and can come with a bed, couch, and drawers if you need them. One shared bathroom between us, hence ideally another girl joining the flat. Happy to allow you to bring all your own furniture as well :)
