About the flat

We’re looking for one new flatmate to join our lovely home in Wigram! The first room has been rented, so this post is just for the second room.
The Room & Cost: 🏡 Rent: $147 per week 💡 Expenses: $60 per month (covers bills & utilities)
The room is medium-sized, unfurnished, and gets lots of natural light. You’ll share a bathroom with 2 other people.
Parking available on driveway!
The House: You’ll be living in a spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with:
🍃 A big garden and large communal living spaces 🎥 4-minute walk to the supermarket and Silky Otter cinema 🚌 1-minute walk to the park and bus stop
The Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with two girls (22) and one guy (26). We’re a clean, tidy, and social flat — we enjoy hanging out together but also respect each other’s space and downtime.
