It's in a prime location and just a short walk from the likes of Bea Bea's Bakery and Ragtag! Also super quick drive to Ponsonby, Point Chev and Grey Lynn areas. 🌴
The house is sunny, spacious, and full of good vibes! You'll be living with two girls and a guy in their 20s and sharing a bathroom with one other female. ☀️
Preferably looking for another female around the same age, who is social, tidy and respectful. No smokers or pets please.
The room itself is big - fits queen size bed, dresser, chair and has plenty of space for a desk. ✨
