Kia ora, we're looking for a new flatmate to join our relaxed household in a spacious 4-bedroom townhouse in Westgate.

The Details:

Rent: $195/week + $30/week expenses (covering power, water, wifi, gas, and some shared household supplies etc) Bond: $632 Available from late November (flexible move-in date for the right person)

About the House:

Our new townhouse (built in 2019) is in a modern development with excellent access to amenities. You're just minutes from Westgate Shopping Centre (hello Costco fuel savings!), with easy motorway access and frequent buses to the CBD (departing every 10 minutes during the day).

The room is a great size (approx 3x4m) and, being at the back of the house, has good privacy and a great breeze for summer once you open the windows.

Your Flatmates:

You'll be living with three easy-going professionals in their 20s (2 guys, 1 girl). We all have our own busy lives but enjoy catching up when our paths cross in the common areas.

What We're Looking For:

Someone a similar age (20s), clean, respectful, and reliable, who's looking for a comfortable home with a good balance of social time and personal space.

We are ideally looking for a single person, however, we are open to considering couples for this room also
