The bathroom is newly renovated. House is shared with laundry, toilet, kitchen and living area. We live on a quarter acre property with hens, a friendly dog and kitten. Next door is a dairy and takeaway shop. Across the road is the bus stop. One carpark is available inside fence and garage is there if you have any extra storage needed.

Double bedroom with a current single bed in room ( queen bed also there if needed), the room has a double wardrobe and shelf for any storage. REASONABLE POWER usage, Wifi, and basic home necessities included.

As long as your respectful, have common sense, and contribute to making this a home when you come home from work or your days off we will get along well. We are both very chill minded people that do want to make friends with who ever comes to live in our own home. We wont be accepting anyone under the age of 22 sorry.
