About the flat
In town and walking distance to shops and buses. Large backyard with a rural outlook. About 55 mins north of auckland CBD. 15 mins north of the northern motorway.
Off street parking and can use the carport.
About the room
Medium room, Can fit a double bed, and has a wardrobe and dresser built into wall.
I do have a spare single bed if needed.
Also have the larger room as a option for someone open to longer stay.
Preferred flatmate
The usual I guess, clean tidy not a party person, non smoker pays on time.
