This is a brand new home in a new area of Whitby, Porirua right next to the beautiful Pauatahanui Inlet. It is a short 5 minute drive to Paremata Train Station and there is a bus service in the area. The house is a 2 minute drive to the local shops with a supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, gym etc and just a short 10 minute drive to Porirua Central City. I need someone tidy and respectful to share with myself and my daughter.

The available room is warm and sunny (double glazed) with a double wardrobe. You will also have the master bathroom and separate toilet to yourself - beautiful, brand new and never used! I can offer secure parking in my garage, with internal access and remote, and further off street parking if required.

The price is $300 per week, plus $25 for utilities.
