Large House/Villa just steps to the central city. Excellent location. We have no off street parking. House has a great garden and outdoor area with wide city views. Close to all amenities. Flatmates are friendly and considerate. Very quiet living arrangement with flatmates more into movie nights, board games and the occasional pot lucks.

A large room which is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a small area with its own toaster/kettle etc and cupboards.
