About the flat
This is a 3rd floor of an older town house opposite Vic Uni entrance. The space is shared 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are taken permanently by 40-something professionals (both Male). 2x rooms available. 1 is a spacious queen room with good lighting, airflow and built in wardrobe ($265pw). 1 is a smaller queen room with built in wardrobe and sweeping vista views ($245pw). Rooms available now, with viewing and in-person interview preferred. Room rent costs include and cover Power, Internet, Council rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning chemicals etc. Rooms are currently furnished with beds and desks, but this will be negotiated as items belong to flatmate that is moving out. This location is prime walking distance to the city central (5mins), the botanic gardens (10mins), and Victoria University (2mins). There is a dairy and bus stop directly across the road. We share a kitchen and bathroom space, with no living room, but don't mind a little socialising in the kitchen.
