We have three bedrooms available from the end of October/early November (but could be earlier if needed!). You’ll be moving in with two lovely 2nd year commercial dance students at Te Auaha, who love baking, sunsets, and a good chat.

Location: On the edge of the CBD, just off of Boulcott Street. 5-10 minutes to Kelburn Campus 4 minutes to New World Metro 3 minutes to a major bus stop that has all the main buses

The flat : Super secure/safe building Two bathrooms, cleaned fortnightly by cleaner Flat comes with all appliances, lounge and dining room furniture Washer and dryer in laundry Super responsive landlord/property manager!

Both current tenants are 20 year old gals so preferably looking for a similar dynamic, but will be flexible depending on your vibe.

We’d be happy with a group or individuals- currently the rooms are used as a couple’s room and their study/office, and then a single, but would be equally good as three single rooms.
