2 bedroom house with two cats .Close to pharmacy,gas station,pizza,sushi,fish and chips,dairy x2,walking track,dry cleaners. Close to a couple bus stops as well. Quiet ,warm house with a big sunny room.
About the room
Huge sunny double bedroom. It's large enough to even fit a extra couch or a gaming set up . Room is currently unfurnished but do have a spare TV you could use. $300 is for a single including all bills but can negotiate for a couple.
Preferred flatmate
Someone whos quiet,tidy and cleans up after themselves.Pays rent on time .Someone whos happy to do their own thing.Im happy to have a chat every now and then and share a meal :)
