About me / the flat: I’m pretty calm and grounded day-to-day, with a good amount of energy. I enjoy gaming, having the occasional yarn, and keeping a relaxed but respectful home. It’s not a party flat — friends are welcome, but this is more of a chill, tidy place to live. I like the house to be kept clean and looked after. I’m not strict or intense about it, but shared spaces being respected is important to me. Noise-wise, I’m not super quiet but not loud either — music and noise are all good sometimes, just not blasting all the time. I’ve got a big, friendly dog named Zero. He’s about two years old, very loving, and lives both indoors and outdoors. He’s a big part of the household, so you’d need to be comfortable with dogs. Who I’m looking for: One person who’s working or studying, independent, clean, and pays rent on time. Someone respectful, easy to live with, and looking for a stable, low-drama place to call home.
