The apartment is completely separate from the top floor of the main home which will only be used some weekends and school holidays. All other times it will be as if you are living alone. Rent includes fair use of power and internet.

Pets can be negotiated, but unfortunately no dogs as the property is not fenced.

Private person of quiet living habits (the neighbours are elderly so this is not a party house). Working, honest and reliable. If you like gardens there is room to potter and create your own vegetable garden if you like.
