Hi everyone! We are looking for a flatmate to join us in Milldale (Silverdale). Only 10 minutes drive to Albany North Shore. We are also open to shorter term stays.

The room comes with private bathroom for you to use and is furnished with a very comfortable queen bed, desk (if wanted) and double wardrobe system.

The house is newly built (only a few years old) & the room has ducted heating/AC.

Quiet house of 2 + a dog. We are both full time professional workers and like to keep the house clean. Definitely not a party flat.

Easy access to Bus stop and public transport.

Rent - $230 per week which includes Power, Water, Fibre.
