1. 3. The tenant must conduct themselves in a quiet and considerate manner, respecting the privacy and living space of other occupants.

4. Prompt and full payment of rent by the due date is a mandatory requirement; late rent payments (without prior written approval from the landlord) will result in immediate termination of the tenancy application/agreement.
