About the flat
Beautiful modern house that is warm all year round and sunny in every room, with amazing views of the harbour. On the edge of central Wellington and within walking distance to buses and central train station. Safe on street parking is available. Every day you will wake up to stunning views of the harbour that you can enjoy from the balcony off your bedroom There is a modern, spacious kitchen fully equipped that is fantastic to cook in. Large comfortable open plan living space.
About the room
Sunny double room with floor to ceiling windows and polished concrete floors (blinds included). Small balcony (can grow flowers/plants) with room to sit to enjoy sunrises and harbour views. The room can come furnished (comfortable double bed and wardrobe/storage unit etc.)

We live pretty busy lives and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home. We are keen to have a flatmate who is easygoing and tidy. This is a queer friendly space
