About the flat
LGBTQIA+ friendly neurodiverse house full of plants, and a quirky cat. Sometimes theres clutter from crafts but generally tidy people.
This house is fun and full of life, and we're looking for one or two flatmates who don't mind the odd bit of chaos and love cats
Currently 2 people living here, one spoiled indoor-only cat, and a whole lot of plants!
Wadestown Village is nearby with shops and even a library! In the other direction, New World Thorndon is within walking distance (although a bit of a hill)
About the room
There's a choice between a single room downstairs house with a large storage area and private deck, and a double room downstairs with separate access and an inbuilt cupboard.
Both these rooms are down a flight of stairs from the main house, and potentially not suitable for people with mobility access needs
A third room will be available in mid September, a spacious double room in the main house, with built in wardrobe
Single is $200 per week Double is $230 per week/$300 per week for a couple
The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished - currently I have a spare bed that a flatmate can use, but it's first in first served
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and lounge are shared spaces
Power is $45 per person per week plus any remainder split between flatmates when the power bill comes Internet is $100 per month split evenly between flatmates Dryer use is $5 per week (optional) Shared groceries (toilet paper, rubbish bags, cleaning supplies, milk, bread etc) vary, and costs split between flatmates
