Flat is located right at the beginning of Wadestown on Grosvenor Terrace, and is around a 15 minute walk to Thorndon New World/Molesworth street. Bus stop is located right outside. Free parking on street, easy to find a park. You’d be living with a lovely bunch, one female and a couple- all in their early twenties. We usually keep to ourselves during the week, however do like to get together for some drinks every so often. The flat has one bathroom, but two showers, so you’d be sharing a shower with just one other flatmate. We have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The flat has a deck with a beautiful view of Wellington Harbour!

The room can fit a double bed and has a double wardrobe with a dresser inside. Is very cosy in the winter with a heater and cool in the summer. Happy to negotiate leaving the bed at no extra cost.
