About the place:
Nestled in a new-ish build house (finished in dec 2020) in Wallaceville estate.
House has upgraded insulation and double glazed windows, central heating/COOLING, as well as gas fireplace. Also gas cooking and water.
Our Garage is a dance studio with a ballet bar, wooden floors and mirrors, so bonus if you like dancing! some group and private lessons are held there.
Outdoors we have an extensive garden which is mostly edible, so great if you like gardening!
About us:
we are an energetic husky crossbreed 10 year old medium sized dog and a 7 year old cat. We are both prone to a weakness of spontaneous adventures if our humans leave the door open.
We are masters to two humans, who are busy working professionals in 40s, who like dancing and Netflix Nights. with occasional visits of 18 year old son.
We would like someone else to pat us! various patting stations have been setup around the house to be taken full advantage of...

must be pet friendly - enjoys patting cat and dog . -another pet is negotiable - however must be a good fit with current pets.
working or studying fulltime.
house trained & respectful. considerate of flatmates & neighbors.

Bond is 4 weeks rent plus 2 in advance.
