We have 1 bedroom available now in our 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house. House is located in a quiet and safe street in Totara Vale, North Shore. It is close to shops and supermarkets. Bus stop to CBD is only 6 minutes walk from the house. Constellation Bus Station is also 4 stops away and 5 minutes drive for Park&Ride. Please note no smoking is allowed in and around the building.

The house is fully furnished. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished (if you have your own). The room is good size, airy with a nice view. You will be sharing the bathroom with other 2 flatmates. The rent would be $240 plus utilities cost ($20) per week with a fair use.
