About the flat
The house is new and warm. You'd be living with me, my partner and dusty the cat. We have our own ensuite, so you'd get the main bathroom to yourself. There is also a spare smaller room which is used as storage/office space. Off street parking is available. Power is very cheap here. Price is negotiable.
About the room
The room easily fits a queen bed and drawers which can come with the room if wanted.
Preferred flatmate
We are looking for someone who's like minded. This is not a party flat, but we do enjoy being social, playing games, the occasional wine, or a bbq in the summer.

I'm Tegan. I'm a student nurse. I also have a cat named dusty :). My partner and I enjoy some board games, or getting outdoors in the summer, going for bike rides or fishing.
Dusty enjoys the simple life. She is a little timid at first however, loves to cuddle up once she's comfortable.
