You'll be flatting with two other people in Tikipunga. Nearby to Woolworths and Whangarei Falls. The flatmates are very chill, Conor enjoys a chat and Sophia is pretty quiet and tends to stay in her room.

You'll be living downstairs under the main house, which is semi-self-contained. This area has it's own private bathroom (not an ensuite, but directly opposite the bedroom), bedroom, lounge and kitchenette, which aren't shared with the other flatmates that live upstairs. While having your own private space downstairs, you'll also have full access upstairs through the internal staircase for use of the main kitchen, lounge and laundry.

Entry can either be through the automatic garage door with your own carpark inside, or through the main entrance door upstairs. Garage parking suits small to medium size vehicles. There is also garage storage available.

The kitchenette has it's own fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and jug. No oven or cooktop though, all cooking is to be done upstairs in the main kitchen.

The bedroom is a good size and has a double wardrobe with shelving built in.

The lounge has a large leather corner couch, a coffee table along with a modern heat pump.
