You'll be sharing with one existing flatmate, a big friendly dog, and a teenager who visits once a fortnight. This is an excellent location for travel, with easy access to the city and Mt Eden Village. Plus, you'll have direct access to Big King Reserve via a private gate, ideal for walks and enjoying nature.

I have an ensuite so the bathroom would be yours 90% of the time.

Please note: There is no parking within the complex. You will need to park on Hunter's Park Drive or Mt Eden Road.

Rent is $250 per week and half of power and gas. Included is water, high speed internet and netflix.

The room can fit a queen bed and desk without a problem. It has a double built in wardrobe. I am replacing the blinds with curtains. It catches all the morning sun and is dry and warm.

I am hoping to find someone who is like minded when it comes to keeping a clean and tidy home. Someone who tidies up after themselves.
