City livin'! Nice clean flat in Thorndon. A short stroll down to Lambton Quay. The lounge has a great view of the harbour and city. Monsoon style shower with heated floor in the bathroom. The apartment belongs to me, and my young son stays half the time. (Note the photos are from when I bought the place four years ago.) The building is full of friendly people and is very safe. Well soundproofed to the apartments above and below. There are washing lines in the back yard. Keen to get someone quick. No bond, minimal faff.

The bedroom is neither poky nor large. It gets afternoon sun and has a beautiful view of the greenery on Ahumairangi Hill. The last two flatmates had a desk and a dresser in there along with the double bed. The bed has a new mattress. There is a (very) shallow built-in wardrobe and there's a portable clothes rack if you want it.
