At your doorstep is Pakuratahi Regional park bush tracks & Remutaka cycle trails. Rent includes power, garden maintenance, rubbish and recycling.

Your bedroom includes a queen bed, small built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and has French doors that flow out to the plentiful outdoor space, including vegetable beds and patio area for barbecues. Steps follow up to a large lawn and apple orchard at the top of the property.

There is another room that can be used as a shared office space, and/or extra closet space

I'm looking for a flatmate for 12 months (until around Dec 2026), and will consider shorter stays.
