🏡 Flatmate Wanted – Te Awamutu

We’re looking for an easygoing flatmate to join our place in Te Awamutu. The flat has a relaxed, social vibe and plenty of space.

🛏️ Room: You can choose whichever room you like. There’s a single bed and desk available to use if needed, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture. 💸 Rent: $170 per week (paid week-to-week) 🔌 Bills: Power, Wi-Fi, and water are split monthly 🚗 Parking: There’s a garage, carports, and lots of parking space on the property. 👥 You’ll be living with two 22-year-old working males. We’re usually in and out during the week, pretty chill on weekdays, and social on weekends. 🌟 We’re open to anyone moving in — gender don’t matter, as long as you’re tidy, friendly, and easy to get along with. Ideally someone in their 20s 🐾 Couples welcome, sorry no pets or kids 📅 Move in anytime — the room’s ready when you are.

You have choice of any room, we're not very fussed on what one we go in, there is a spare single bed and desk available to use as well. Theres a master bedroom which is very spacious
