About the flat

Hey future flatty!

Becs purchased the house last year as the time was right and needed more room for my furrbabies. Absolutely in love with the house, the property and gardens, and I have the best neighbors!

The property has plenty and garden and lawn space, ideal for outdoor pets and anyone with a green thumb.

You'll be a 5 minute walk to basically everything! FreshChoice, Veggie shop, Butcher, Coffee (Homebrew and Robert Harris), Bakeries, Vet, Doctors, Library and bus stops. You're sorted no matter what your method of transport is!

If you are a bit of a nerd or slightly introverted you'll fit in here!

Becs is a gamer and music lover. Working 5 days a week with other commitments on her days off.

Graeme is into his sci-fi and keeping upto date on any and all new movies/TV series.

The house comes with gas stove and gas water heating, fibre wifi (to support the gaming addiction) and a full kitchen with most appliances already here including a manual Espresso machine, air fryer, sandwich press and oven.

The bathroom, laundry and kitchen are all shared so a tidy flatty is a must!

About the room

Your room! Partially furnished with a single trundle bed and bedside table. A desk can be available, just needs to be put together! You'll need your own bedding and any other furniture (e.g. drawers, occassional chair).

The room has a ceiling fan for the summer, multiple power sockets and amazing natural lighting.

The bathroom, laundry and kitchen are all shared so a tidy flatty is a must!

Hey friends! I'm an animal lover, plant mum, coffee addict and workaholic. The boyfriend lives abroad which means I need help making my mortgage payments. To make up for the lack of humans in the house I have 9 cats and 5 guinea pigs, all are indoor and outdoor who love a lot of attention! See the pet section ;) My current projects: Doing up the large garden shed for the guineas. Completing the gardens.

My father, he's retired and spends his time with a cup of coffee and his head buried in a sci-fi book. Graeme moved to the Waikato in April 2024 and is loving the quiet life.

The Foodies

These are my rescues. All were either dropped off at my store, going to be unfairly euthanized or just had a bad start to life.

Sushi and Goji were bottle fed babies and believe they are humans. Onion is a food enthusiast. Biscuit is an ex feral, he shows up for food then goes for adventures. Berry was found on a dairy farm and is loving the domestic lifestyle. Ramen, Inca and Sherbert are long stay fosters who have been with me for 7 months.

Caffeine Fiends

Meet the Guineas! Cinnamon, Espresso, Mochacino, Machiatto and Lungo. The girlies are all rescues and loving their new home! They're inside during the colder months and outside in their enclosure during the warmer months. Living their best life and doing a great job at mowing the lawns!
