Room price does not include utilities which are expected to be $15-$25/week

This room would be great for a couple anywhere in their 20's or early 30's, who want to be part of a friendly well-run flat. Flatmates should be LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally, we want people who would like to chat in the evenings, join us for movie nights and share the odd flat meal (we are vegetarian but you don’t have to be). In saying that, we both enjoy our alone time and will respect yours too! Not a party flat but chill social gatherings all good. Sadly no pets allowed.
