Room is spacious and has many perks such as an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe (as shown in the photos)!!! Compared to most flats in Wellington, this room is very warm and doesn’t require extra heating. As shown in the last photo, the is a TV mount on one of the walls (facing the bed).

Bed frame and mattress have been left in the room - both relatively new and in great condition. However these can be removed if need be.

We are looking for someone Who is around the same age and is clean and tidy. Someone who can enjoy socialising and is down for a good time but also can respect the space and privacy of other flatmates. Most of all we are just looking for someone who is fun, kind and has a sense of humour :-)
