Rent from July 4th till September 1st is only $300 a week!!! (Not including expenses). This is not because anything is wrong or happening during this time, it’s just an added bonus :)

After September 1st rent will be increased to the normal price, which would be $420 for a couple or $350 for a single

Bond is $1440 for a couple or $1000 for a single.

You’d be living with me, 28yr old female, working full time in an office (Mon-Fri, 9-5). I work from home once a week and enjoy cooking and keeping active.

Large spacious open plan kitchen dining lounge. With double sided fridge freezer, large pantry space, and a wine fridge!

House will be furnished differently as furniture in current photos is the home owners. If you have any communal furniture there will definitely be space.

Balcony that looks over the waterfront and Te Papa.

Upstairs will be my room, a bathroom and a shared office/spare room. So if you work from home there is space to do so upstairs and downstairs.

Spacious bedroom that can easily fit two people, large space for bed (even king or super king!) and room for furniture too. In the photos it has something’s the home owners had left, but these are being removed so will be completely empty when moving in. Wardrobe with lots of storage that goes under the stairs. This will also be empty

Bathroom opposite the room which would only be used by yourselves, or guests occasionally. Laundry with washer and seperate dryer is in the bathroom so that will also be shared, but the actual bathroom won’t be.

Someone aged 20-40. Likes to have an occasional drink or watch a show or be social, not mandatory haha. Just someone that cleans after themselves in shared spaces. Preferably long term flat mate also like 6months plus
