About the flat

Spacious, nice and cosy house. Centrally located and close to the Tawa centre where there are local shops including New World, Medical Centre gym and others. The bus stop is 2 min walk away and the train to Wellington is 15min. A 10mins drive to Porirua. There is one furnished room with a queen bed in our 3 bedroom two bathroom house. The room does fit in some extra drawers and has a built in wardrobe. Rent includes wifi, kitchen stuff, rubbish collection. Power will be shared as it comes.
