Hi, we are a current flat of two people, looking for one more flatmate to share our 3 bedroom house. The house is new and fully furnished with everything, (all brand new appliances) so you only need to bring your clothes and bedding.

We are down a lovely private cul de sac, with big trees all around. It has a large lounge, dining and large upper level decks with sea and mature garden views for relaxing and chilling out.

About me; 44yr old professional, clean, tidy, considerate. I’ve flatted most of my life so I’m fairly well trained in flatting living.

There is offstreet parking for 2 cars, plus plenty of onstreet parking too.

Expenses are monthly for; pwr, fibre, water, and basic necessities like cleaning products etc. Expenses usually work out to $25pw on average.

Two weeks bond and two weeks rent paid in advance.
