Hi, we are a current flat of two people, looking for one more flatmate to share our 3 bedroom house. The house is new and fully furnished with everything, (all brand new appliances) so you only need to bring your clothes and bedding.

We are down a lovely private cul de sac, with big trees all around. It has a large lounge, dining and large upper level decks with sea and mature garden views for relaxing and chilling out.

About me; 44yr old govt professional, clean, tidy, considerate. I’ve flatted most of my life so I’m fairly well trained in flatting living. I’m still working full time in Auckland so I’ll only be around half the time. So you’ll only share with one other flatmate when I'm away.

There is offstreet parking for 2 cars, plus plenty of onstreet parking too.

Expenses are monthly for; pwr, fibre, water, and basic necessities like cleaning products etc.

Four weeks bond and two weeks rent paid in advance.
