This inviting 1-bedroom semi-detached and furnished space offers privacy with its own separate sliding door entrance.

Recently repainted and recarpeted, the room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, freestanding wardrobe, drawers, and a mirror. Just bring your clothes and linen (sorry, no additional storage available).

Enjoy shared amenities, including a cozy bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry area. The living spaces are bright and welcoming, featuring a lovely conservatory and a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing or enjoying time outdoors.

Located just a 10-minute walk to Pak'nSave, bus stops, and close to Anderson Park. You’ll be sharing the home with a laid-back couple (in our early 50s) who value a peaceful and tidy environment.

We already have a dog and a cat, so unfortunately we can't accommodate any more animals. You must also love animals, as they are very much part of the household, NO COUPLES sorry.

Bonus: I will be away for 5 weeks during the year, and during that time I offer significantly reduced rent in exchange for dog walking and keeping my furry friend company. It’s a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys animals and doesn’t mind helping out.

While we don’t mind the occasional social chat, we also really value our own space and will respect yours too — if you feel like a quick chat, that’s great, but if you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s perfectly fine as well.

We’re looking for a mature, full-time working professional female to join our little community (non-smokers, no drugs, no alcoholics). No couples, sorry. Our current amazing flatmate is moving out and leaving the region, so we’re hoping to find someone equally lovely to take her place.

Ideally, you’re someone who’s mature, clean and tidy, outgoing, enjoys a good laugh, and doesn’t take life too seriously. Someone who isn’t a hermit hiding in their room all day, and who prefers being outdoors rather than cooped up inside would fit in beautifully here.

Your rent includes Wi-Fi, reasonable use of power, laundry essentials, toilet paper, and shared kitchen items like trash bags and detergent. We also take care of lawn maintenance.

You'll have designated space in the bathroom, pantry, fridge, and freezer for your belongings.

Rent is 2 weeks upfront with a 2-week bond, which will be refunded when you move out (pending final inspection of the room). References are preferred, and we're excited to meet you!

The room will be ready to move into in the last week of January, possibly earlier depending on how things progress. Inspections and meet-and-greet opportunities will be available beforehand.
