About the flat
The apartment is a big house split into 2 apartments. My apartment is at the back, which comes with a nice big backyard. In summer, the house is very warm, which is great at times. The apartment does come with a gargage, which you park in front of, but not inside.
About the room
The room is unfurnished but comes with a mirrored cupboard. The room can fit a king-size bed or double bed.
Preferred flatmate
Looking for a student or professional who is adventurous or socialising at times but loves their quiet times as well. My home is not a party home, so I need someone who can respect that. Smoking is okay, just not inside.

Hi, I'm HAWA. I am a very adventurous person who loves to travel from time to time. I am currently pursuing my nursing degree, so I'm a full-time student who also volunteers in my spare time. Not only that, but I'm busy, so I was hoping to find someone similar or someone who pays rent on time, is respectful, and keeps to themselves.
