About the flat
Hello, offering a room in a 3 bedroom house to share with one other. Sunnynook on the North Shore of Auckland. Pretty chill place in a safe area. Most of the house has been refurbished, carpets etc. Supermarket and shops 5 mins away, bus stop to the city 10 min walk away.

Room is unfurnished, but has new bed and can furnish with what you need.
Preferred flatmate
Ideally female, trustworthy, sense of humour, chill. If you smoke its outdoors

Meet the flatmates
Chill, intuitive and respectful of other peoples space and privacy but sociable. I play PC games to unwind but like board games and movies. Now that weather is getting better will be out fishing. I have a partner but she doesn't live here or stay.
Puddys a pretty old skittish kitty so not able to take any more pets in as she was driven away from her last home.
