Hello! My flatmate and I are looking for an additional tenant to fill the third bedroom in our flat. Short-term or long-term lease available: perfect for those who need flexibility. We would prefer a female thanks - LBGTQ friendly. The house is very quirky, vibrant and nurturing of art and music. You'll be sharing the house with a cute elderly cat and another friendly kitty from time to time.

We love weekend movie nights and general flat hang-outs in front of the projector screen, as well as the occasional shared vegetarian feasts!

Rent for the bedroom is $200 pw, with power/gas/5G fibre internet bundled together at around $20-25 pw. A great location for those who WFH or work at the airport.

Unfurnished - there's enough space for a double/queen bed and small items of furniture in the bedroom - please see reference photos for scale. The queen bed frame pictured is just there for reference, but I'm happy to on-sell the brand-new mattress (pictured) to the tenant if required (we can remove it otherwise, no problem).

The unfurnished bedroom features a double glazed door that reveals the back vegetable garden and outdoor seating area. You'll be greeted in the mornings with native birdsong and warm light, and met with spectacular views of the airport once outside. The bedroom also has a brand new built-in wardrobe storage unit.
