Three bedroom fully fenced house located in the glen area , good sized property with a nice view from the deck . On a great street with good neighbours . Shops about 15min away and bus stop right at the end of the street , has log burner for winter and nice and warm during summer . It does have off street parking but a lot easier just to park on the street . a smaller roo for storage ( there are things I have to take to the tip in there ) Pretty much everything is all here .

Dogs are welcome , the set up is they are allowed in the hallway ( there is a large kennel on the deck and water ) and have access to the deck via dog door when no one is home . Apart from that they have full access to the house and property .

Double sized room , tidy and clean has a built in wardrobe and also a nice set of draws if wanted . It also has a lot of shade for the summer and is warm and dry during the winter . There is a option to decorate the room if you wish ( In a nice way , have a deal with the owner ) . We can talk about this if you very interested . I do have beds here that are ok if you were wanting them but I do have plans to dump them if not .

More suited to a person in trades , not a drunk and no drugs fine with vaping but no smoking inside . My party days are over but have no problems small get togethers with bbq's and couple of cold ones . Someone easy going that doesn't mind chipping in around the place now and than and is good with bills . Has has a good sence of humor and not into dramas .
