About the flat
Two-bedroom, semi-detached house on a quiet back section with a separate sleepout.
Large section with space for parking.
There are bus stops not far from the end of the driveway, and we are ideally situated to get to both Nelson and Richmond in 15 minutes or less, traffic dependent.
Female only. Very clean, tidy, and quiet. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or excess alcohol.
About the room
Separate sleepout for added privacy. Well insulated and sunny, with a ranch slider that opens onto a deck. Furnished with bed, bedside table, desk, chair, clothes rack, and small shelf unit.
Price includes all bills, except for any power in excess of $100 per month, which will be split between the three of us. That is unlikely to be more than $30 per month, and much less over summer.
