About the flat
The house is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. You'll be living with myself and my partner and one other flatmate who we are also looking for. We are both early to mid 20s, full time workers. The flat vibe is quiet and chill, love a chat and being social but definitely not a party flat so looking for someone who is similar.
About the room
The room is big enough for a double/queen bed and has a wardrobe. The window is north-facing so gets pretty good sunlight during the day. Rent is excluding power and water which will be split evenly every month.

Someone of a similar age in their 20s, a full-time worker, chill, quiet and clean.
