About the flat
3 bedroom house down long private driveway. Shared living and bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. House shared with my furry boy Albie who sleeps with me in my room. Balcony overlooking bush. Current roadworks ongoing outside house but minimal noise. Large grass area outside with vege garden.
New World, cafe, pub, pharmacy and takeaways within walking distance. Bus-stop 200m walk. Shopping mall/Silverdale hub 8mins drive. Beach 2minutes drive or 10mins walk. Leisure Centre with pool & gym 2minutes drive.
About the room
Large sunny room. Can be furnished with queen bed. Small built-in wardrobe. Room for desk/bedside tables etc. vacant room next door. Bathroom downstairs. Quiet and peaceful.
Preferred flatmate
Quiet, tidy, keeps to themselves but also happy for a movie or chat. Has to be considerate with noise due to my shift work hours. And ok with small dog (as he rules the house).
