3 bedroom house in Springfield, nestled down a safe, quiet cul-de-sac. Within walking distance to- a bus stop, Springfield Dairy, Guidough's Bakery, hair salon and take aways shop. Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology is also closeby.

There are 3 of us currently living in the house- The homeowner/Landlord couple and a single, male boarder. We're all friendly and pretty private- we keep to ourselves and respect each other's boundaries and space. We're more introverted than extroverted. This is NOT a party house- no drugs or heavy drinking is allowed here. There is still noise- we all watch movies/tv and listen to music; we all have different schedules, and the washer/dryer is often being used and they're not quiet! We're all homebodies- if we're not working, we're usually at home- but all doing our own thing.

The room is a good size- it is partially furnished with a single bed and a nightstand/ table lamp. It has a double wardrobe and black out blinds. The windows have screens to keep the bugs out. Plenty of sunshine comes through, when you open the windows. This room's view is of our backyard- which is small, green and often with cats roaming around. We supply a fan for you when it's hot and a heater for you when it's cold. We do have a lot of cats, so we recommend keeping your door closed, unless you like furry visitors! The rooms are all on the first floor. This gives a sense of privacy as the landlord couple stay upstairs most of the time and the other boarder is either at work or in his room, though he does like to cook!

What we expect of our boarders: *You have to be working full time or a full time student *You must pay board on time- same day, every week *You must keep your room clean and tidy- this includes regular vacuuming (we have a vacuum you can use), removing rubbish regularly and ensuring that any damage- whether food dropped on the carpet or damage to the room itself is swiftly taken care of and brought to the attention of the Landlords in case we need to fix or treat something. *If you are having a visitor or overnight guest, you must let us know beforehand- and it must be somebody you actually know - NO tinder or random hook-ups or sex workers. *You are expected to clean up after yourself- we won't do it for you. You and the other boarder can discuss weekly rotations of cleaning your kitchenette area. Smoking/vaping is okay- but- ONLY outside. No exceptions! We are actually very friendly and laid back and don't have many rules- just the basic, common sense stuff as outlined above.
