I own the property. Four bedroom house with a large garden (including greenhouse), man-cave, and multiple decks. The house has been renovated before I purchased it, so there should be no maintenance issues. There are multiple decks for entertaining quests as well.
About the room
The room is empty, but it is a large site and the only bedroom is on the bottom floor.
There is a separate toliet and shower on the bottom floor, therefore, only the bottom floor bedroom would use this shower.
Preferred flatmate
25 to 35, professional, full time working.
