There are 2 lounges, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a third toilet downstairs. All the bedrooms are upstairs. It is a safe, secure home with an alarm and security cameras. Quiet neighbourhood, large covered outdoor area for entertaining. There is off-road parking, 5 minute walk to the Meadowlands Shopping Centre and a bus stop. It is also a 5-minute drive to Howick Village and a 7-minute drive to Botany.

The room is unfurnished and includes a built-in wardrobe. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate. If needed, we can provide a queen-sized bed and a fan.

We are looking for another female in her early to mid-twenties who is easy-going, respectful, and someone we can get along with.
