We live in a safe and quiet area only 5-10 min walk from Train, Supermarket, Takeaways (McDs, Subway, sushi and Chinese), hairdressers, pub, bottle store and other things. We have two volunteer firefighters live here and a part time uber driver, we are all sociable with most of us like to play cards or play pool (with a pool table we have and a dart board too). We all keep to ourselves but will always lend a helping hand if needed if asked so don't be afraid to ask.

Large room sorry pictures don't make it look big but fits queen bed has a desk if a student and drawers and wardrobe. It also has a Big TV, heater and fan for summer and is right beside toilet and bathroom. It is fully furnished so perfect for students or overseas guests. Vaping in room ok but cigarettes are not.

Someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves but is sociable doesn't mind sometimes a game of cards or pool but still is quiet when others need to sleep. Is friendly and easy to get along with.
