This property is located behind gate 10 of the University of Waikato (Perfect for summer students). It is also a short walk to shops involving chicken wicken, dairy and etc.

There will be 3 other flatmates living in the flat. All 3 of them are very nice people and they tend to keep to themselves :))

It is a large ensuite room with a queen size bed and desk with a shared balcony. You will also have your own bathroom too :))
