The house doesn't have a lounge, but there is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen and a vibrant green backyard.

We're looking for someone who is house trained, i.e. clean, quiet and considerate. We've had a lot of turnover with out-of-towners so would prefer someone who is more settled. Also, if you have a drinking or drug habit then this isn't the place for you.

The house is light and pleasant, with some signs of decay. Our property managers fix the more pressing things and our rent stays the same so we don't complain.

We previously advertised the room with a 40s age cap but are now welcoming of all ages.

We love living here, in spite of the sand. It's a beautiful area with some magic spots which make you feel like you are a million miles from civilisation.

Large (4.5m x 3.5m) and light room available. Room fits queen sized bed, desk, drawers etc. Photos show a previous flatmate's setup to give you an idea of what's possible. Room is unfurnished except for the wardrobe.
