About the flat
We have a tidy 3 bedroom home in Seatoun with large living spaces, great views a nice large backyard. Both flatmates are very chill and tidy, we are not a party house but don't mind socializing with each other but mostly do our own things.
We are a 5 minute walk to Seatoun Beach, a 2 minute walk to the local shops. Bus stop just outside the front door if you need public transport.
The house is sheltered from the wind and while being 2 minutes drive from the airport the hills stop any sounds of planes.
About the room
The room is roughly 2.6 by 2.7 Meters, has a closet and a great view of the amazing backyard.
Is current unfurnished, we may be able to assist with a bed or something if needed.

I am fairly new to Wellington, I moved from Tauranga in April last year and work for a software company where I work remotely a few days a week.
I'm an easy going chill guy, who is respectful, tidy and self sufficient. I can be sociable but also enjoy chilling on my own.
I'm into all things nerdy, technology and am enjoying getting out and exploring Wellington.
Working in VFX in Miramar. I enjoy the outdoors and going on little trips around wellington. I enjoy cycling, gaming, photography and I play a little bit of guitar. Love catching up with the flatties and living in a comfortable and clean environment.
