About the room
There are two options for the room(s) both come unfurnished: 1. The peach colour room is a cozy double bedroom, it looks out the the courtyard at the back of the house. The separate study is tucked away; could be good for a creative or possibly someone who works from home. 2. The green room is a decent size double, north-east facing with a good size wardrobe.

Looking for a tidy, respectful and easy going individual (30+) someone who appreciates a wholesome + comfortable home environment and is independent but is also up for a bit of social interaction. No couples.
