The flat has a nice patch of grass with a big back yard, plenty of safe parking space as well. Outside washing lines make drying clothes easy, especially coming into summer. There is a nice open lounge with a sliding door that gets a lot of sun and fresh air. The kitchen has good space. Toilet and laundry are basic but cover needs. There is a bus stop right outside taking around 20 mins to get to the CBD. Local supermarkets are nearby and shops are within walking distance. Everyone in the flat is chill usually just get up to our own activities for the most part but we always have some chats at the end of the day.

The room has a closet and a window. It's not too big but I have a double bed and a desk in there. If needed I can sort out leaving it furnished but it will be unfurnished otherwise.

The ideal flatmate would be someone in their 20s, up in akl for a summer internship or something similar. Keeps the flat relatively tidy and does their dishes. Otherwise everyone at the flat is easy going and easy to get a long with.
