NO BOND OR MINIMUM STAY!

We are a very swanky and well-appointed historic old villa, now being run as a home for professionals and foreign students and workers. At present a lot of our residents are from Latin America, Japan and Korea, with the remainder a mix of Thailand, Germany, France, and the odd kiwi thrown in for good luck. Our residents are all either professionals or students and we are 75% female. Most of our ladies are in the female wing of the house that has it's own ladies only bathrooms.

We have a large and well-appointed communal lounge and kitchen with additional study area, picturesque grounds with views to the harbour bridge, and we are quiet, sunny, and immaculately clean and tidy. We have a full-time hygiene professional cleaning all communal areas, including a weekly complimentary room clean. There is one toilet and shower for every 3 rooms. There are separate wings for men and women. Our home is very close to the bus stop, city, harbour bridge, Ponsonby, Westhaven etc, and is the safest, quietest and most exclusive suburb in Auckland.

Our home is the perfect haven if you need to study or get up early for work. If you have substance addictions or behavioural problems then this is not the place for you...

We have a few rooms coming up, including a large room suitable for a couple, a men's room, and a ladies room. They each come with a bed, wardrobe, fridge, desk, chair, and lamp. We have beautiful views here and unlike most city accommodation we have windows that open properly! Rooms start at $250 ranging through to $375. We can do a pay once only bedding hire and we do have an option for short term if required.
